Jeff Briggler

JEFF BRIGGLER has been the Herpetologist for the Missouri Department of Conservation since 2000.  He received a MS and Ph.D. degree from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville.  His work on amphibians and reptiles over the past years has taken him from deep underground caves to the mountain top glades throughout the Ozarks.  Jeff spends the majority of time promoting, protecting, and monitoring amphibian and reptile populations in Missouri.  He has been working on and leading hellbender conservation efforts in Missouri since 2001.
