 CRAIG HASSIPAKIS - JUDICIAL PERJURY

On June 10th, 2014, lodged the following Digital Millenium Copyright Act claim through Jason P. Webb Registered Patent Attorney [email protected]

The Digital Millenium Copyright act was established to prevent

"We represent the Amphibian and Reptile Conservation organization (“ARC”) in its intellectual property matters. ARC is the owner of the content which is currently infringed upon through unauthorized use on the website www.redlist-arc.org. " link to full document

The lodging of a DMCA complaint resulted in our website being down for some days in disrespect to our authors.

However, we lodged a counter claim that the copyright was ours as original and current owners of the ARC and any products produced by pirates or proxies. The counterclaim was not disputed by the above "Amphibian and Reptile Conservation organization (“ARC”)".

Claiming the existence of a non-existent organisation. - the "Amphibian and Reptile Conservation organization (“ARC”)" as a legal entity did not exist at the time and does not exist at the time of this post 22/06/2015.

Claiming ownership of the ARC. - Craig was well aware that we are the original and genuine current owners of the ARC.

Penalties for judicial perjury under Federal USA law:

The general perjury statute under USA Federal law classifies perjury as a felony and provides for a prison sentence of up to five years.
